    At EDarjee payments are only accepted at the time of delivery. We do not accept advance payments or online payments before the delivery.

                                                                                            Order Delivery and Payment Policy-

To ensure clarity and transparency in our services, we have outlined the following policies regarding order delivery, payment, and post-delivery support. 1. Delivery Timeframe-  Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days after pickup. The delivery countdown begins once the pickup team collects your items

 

2. Process Updates-Customers will receive updates on their order status via the email address provided during the order process

 

3. Payment Terms-Customers are not required to make any payments before the order is delivered. Payment will be collected upon delivery.

 

4. Payment and Delivery Form-Before receiving your parcel from our delivery partner, you must complete the payment. The delivery partner will fill out the delivery form and ask the customer to sign it.

 

5. Free Corrections and Alterations-  Customers can request free corrections and alterations within 3 days of receiving their order. Requests made after 4 days will incur charges.​

                                                                                                    Refund and Return Policy-​

Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

1. Damage to your fabric  or quality issues with your tailored clothing.

2. Requests must be made within 2  days of receiving your order.

3.Refund is only eligible if our team is unable to provide proper alterations and fittings. If the issue is resolved through alterations or fitting adjustments, a refund will not be initiated.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging.

3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

 

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used:Refunds typically take  5-7business days to process.Exceptions:

 

Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds:

1. Customized or personalized items.

2. Items returned without a valid reason or outside the specified timeframe.
