REFUND POLICY

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Damage to your fabric  or quality issues with your tailored clothing.

  • Requests must be made within 2  days of receiving your order.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack the item securely and include all original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used:

  • Refunds typically take  3-4 business days to process.

 

Exceptions: Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items returned without a valid reason or outside the specified timeframe.

  • Once the design of the outfit has been approved during the consultation process, no refunds will be issued if the customer later expresses dissatisfaction with the design. Customers are welcome to request design adjustments, but refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.
